About
Since 2006, Bethel Campus Fellowship (BCF) has hosted annual National Conferences that have had an impact on the lives of students from all over America. This conference is held to train and equip students to become reliable ministers of the gospel and also to show them how to effectively run a campus ministry while maintaining a balance with their academics.
Bethel Campus Fellowship is well known for its God-given ability to transform ordinary students into world changers. Students who attended past conferences have impacted their campuses in many ways and are still doing so.

Yes. High school and middle school students above age 13 are welcome to come to the conference. However, each high school participant must have his or her parent sign the BCF-required parental consent form to participate. This must be signed, scanned and emailed to admin@bethelcampusfellowship.com at least 3 days prior to the start of the conference.
We love the fact that you don’t want to miss the Conference and have taken the step to register yourself to join us. We have a team of people ready to meet you and connect you with our team. If you would like one of the team members to give you a call prior to departure day to organize where to meet, email us in advance at admin@bethelcampusfellowship.com to let us know.
We will depart to Ridgecrest, NC as early as Thursday evening and will return on Sunday evening. The actual time(s) depend on your departure location (e.g Maryland attendees will leave on Thursday). Please check your schedules and plan to be available from Thursday evening to Sunday evening. For all students, BCF will be providing a permission letter that you can distribute to your teachers to explain your absence.
Other than clothing, personal hygiene products, and snacks, please bring your Bible, a notebook, and several pens. Resources will be available at our Conference Merchandising areas for purchase, including CD recordings of the sessions, keynote speakers’ books, teaching CDs, BCF paraphernalia, and etc…
In February, North Carolina is typically very cold, with the possible chances of rain and/or snow. So, it is recommended that you bring an umbrella, warm clothing, and flat comfortable shoes or boots. A jacket/coat is also recommended, along with typical winter wear i.e. hats, gloves, etc.
The departure of buses and vans will occur at various regional locations. These locations will be provided on the website, as the conference date gets closer. In addition, please contact your school’s BCF President for more information concerning transportation. Please arrive at least an hour to 45 minutes prior to departure. Please inform BCF of your intentions while you register so we can accommodate you accordingly.
We recommend that you eat dinner before coming to the departure site. Once we depart (on Thursday for MD attendees) the first meal to be provided by BCF will be at 12 noon on Friday and that will be given at the conference venue. Please bring money for your breakfast on Friday (likely to be fast food). If you do not wish to eat fast food, please bring snacks that will satisfy you for breakfast. In addition, we are likely to stop on our way back on Sunday evening at a fast food restaurant, we encourage you to have money for that also.
I plan to fly back to school the same day of our return (Sunday). What is the estimated return time?
The journey from Ridgecrest takes between 8 and 9 hours by road to MD. For NC and GA, the trip is between 5 and 6 hours, respectively. Therefore, if we begin departure at 11:00 am on Sunday (last day of the conference), we will reach Maryland around 8:00 pm. It is recommended that participants that can afford the flight, fly back to school from North Carolina, especially if they must be back to school on that Sunday. A missed flight is not the responsibility of Bethel Campus Fellowship.
If you plan to fly out of North Carolina, BCF strongly recommends that you schedule your departure time for mid-afternoon of the last day of the conference. A flight leaving no earlier than 4 PM is recommended. Please discuss any questions you may have with your State Representative or our flight coordinator Transportation Team transportation@bethelcampusfellowship.com BEFORE booking your flight.
If you plan to fly out of North Carolina, book your flight to AVL (Asheville) or CLT (Charlotte) in North Carolina. BCF strongly recommends that you schedule your departure time for mid-afternoon of the last day of the conference. A flight leaving no earlier than 4 PM is recommended. Please discuss any questions you may have with our Transportation department – transportation@bethelcampusfellowship.com) BEFORE booking your flight.
Airport | Arrival Time on Friday | Departure Time on Sunday |
